Why grant you administrator access on my smartphone?

In order for your device to be used as a loan collateral, we only need to be able to restrict its usage in case you wouldn’t pay back the loan. Administrator access enables it.

Such access doesn’t enable us to access or delete any kind of private information you have. We don’t want / need to access your contacts, apps, messages or whatsoever.

What happens if I don’t pay an installment of my loan?

Your cell phone is blocked until you proceed with the payment. This means that you could receive calls, make emergency calls and that you would only have access to our mobile application so that you can pay the outstanding fee.

How can I unlock my phone once you unlock it?

You must access our application to pay the outstanding fee. In the event that your loan is already paid in full, we will automatically remove our administrator access on your cell phone.

Please note that if you request another loan, we will ask you to grant us administrator permission again.

How long does it take to apply for a loan?

The process can take around ten minutes, however in some cases it may take longer.

How long does it take to receive the money?

If you request the loan from Monday to Friday before eleven at night, you receive the money in seconds in your bank account. If you apply for the loan during the weekend, you will receive your money first thing on Monday.

Do I have to identify myself with an official document?

Yes, you need to identify yourself through your national identity document.

Which devices are supported to get a loan?

The phones of the Samsung brand with an operating system equal to or greater than Android 6. Although soon it will be available for all Android phones. If you want to check if your cell phone is compatible with Finnu you can write to us at soporte@finnu.com

Where can I see the terms and conditions of the loan?

In the loan contract you have to sign. We will send it to you before disbursing the loan.

Can I repay the loan before the expiration date?

Yes, you can pay in advance without any additional cost.

Can I apply for a second loan before I have paid the first one?

Before applying for another loan, you must pay the loan that you already have active.

What happens if I can not repay the loan at the expiration date, but would be able to pay the loan a few days later?

Why was I not approved for the loan?

There are several reasons why your loan cannot be approved, such as that your phone is not yet compatible with Finnu. Therefore, we recommend you not to delete the application since we will contact you once your cell phone is compatible.

How can I repay the loan?

Within our mobile application, go to the payments section. Make your payment with your bank card. Very soon we will have other methods for you to choose what suits you best.

Is Finnu safe?

All the data you share is fully encrypted and protected. You can read our privacy policy.
